Everything went according to plan when 36th ranked ItalianVis Basket (4-3) outscored 68th ranked Spanish Alicante (1-7) 91-70 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Vis Basket. Alicante managed to win fourth quarter 20-13 . But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Vis Basket forced 42 Alicante turnovers. Georgian Konstantine Mgeladze fired 19 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 7 steals for the winners. Georgian Luka Gabisiani chipped in 16 points, 6 assists and 9 steals.
